Shipping Information And Delivery
Here at JTC Auto Tools (the “Site”), we offer domestic shipments (USA) only currently.
Once your order has been placed, processed and payment approved, your product will ship via common shipment carriers, all shipped via US Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, UPS, unless otherwise specified when noted at checkout. NOTE: For more shipping options, please fill out the information shown and listed on the Cart section (reveals once there is an item(s) in the cart).

JTC Auto Tools usually ships in-stock products within 1 to 5 business days during weekdays (Monday to Friday) after the order is processed and shipped. Please note the typical delivery time frame does not include processing time and shipping is slightly delayed during federal U.S. holidays and weekends.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you live in a city or area where packages are delivered to a non-secure location or have been known to be compromised, please add a notice at checkout. We are not responsible for shipment carrier errors/delays, or incorrect shipping/billing information after an order has been processed and shipped. Shipping is a service you purchase from via shipping carrier along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS, FedEx, UPS, or the specified carrier noted in the order checkout.
We highly recommend against changing the shipping/billing addresses after an order has been shipped. Changing shipping/billing addresses after an order has been shipped may result in shipping delays and lost packages. Shipping carriers cannot guarantee that an address change will go through successfully and the package(s) may still be delivered to the original address. As with above, JTC Auto Tools cannot be held responsible for any shipment carrier errors/delays.
