Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused product(s) in original condition, in original packaging for a full refund. If 30 days gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the original product(s) is inspected and not in original condition, restocking fees may apply.
You must report any damage or missing item(s) within 5 business days or as soon as possible by contacting at 678-876-3470. You must also keep the original box and packing material in the even we open a claim with the carrier. You may be required to complete claim forms for the carrier. In some cases we may need assistance from our customer to ensure that all forms requested by the carrier are completed. We may also need assistance from our customer to insure that all items are returned to the carrier or to us at jtcautotools.com. We will discuss return shipping options when you you report the damaged shipment. We will ship out a replacement once we have received and inspected the original item.
