The prices for all of our products are given in US Dollars, regardless of whether you are accessing the Site from the US, Canada, Australia, or anywhere else in the world.
We only charge sales tax to residents of Georgia, USA at this time.
No, you do not need a PayPal account to purchase JTC Auto Tool products. We use PayPal as our secure payment gateway.
JTC Auto Tools makes payment security a high priority. We currently use PayPal, an industry leader, as our payment gateway. All transactions go directly through PayPal, where they are securely encrypted and processed on their servers. We never store or have any access to your private financial information.
This means that the order has been created on the Site, but your payment has not been received yet. For instance, the User has reached the PayPal screen, but not completed the transaction.
It is also possible that, you, the User, used a different email address, or, phone number credit card information that is not registered or valid to a verified PayPal account.
Make sure to check your PayPal account activity if there are any charges, or check credit card information is valid through PayPal standards. If so, make sure to contact PayPal and notify your issue.
Shipping and returns
Currently, we only offer domestic shipments (USA only). For more information, please refer to our Shipping information.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return an item within 30 days if the item is unused and in the same, original condition that you received it. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
You will receive shipment notification in your email once your order has been shipped. The email will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package. Note that once your order is shipped, you can no longer make any changes to your order information.
You must report damages or missing item(s) within 5 business days from the delivery date as soon as possible by contacting email@example.com or call (678) 876-3470. You must also keep the original box and packaging material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. You may be required to complete claim forms for the carrier. In some cases we may need assistance from our customer to ensure that all forms requested by the carrier are completed. We may also need assistance from our customer to insure that all items are returned to the carrier or to use at jtcautotools.com. We will discuss return shipping options when you report the damaged shipment. We will ship out a replacement once we have received and inspected the original item. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.
